Ingredients:
1/4 kilo of longganisa ( sausage)
1/2 kilo of ground pork
4 large onions
2 cloves of garlic
2 Tbsp of pepper
1 Tbsp of salt
2 stalks of celery
1 stalk of green onion leaves
3 Tbsp of soy sauce
2 eggs
molo wrapper
all purpose flour ( about 3 Tbsp, enough to bind the meat)
oil for frying and sauteing
Sauce:
1 cup vinegar
2-3 Tbsp of sugar
water
2 green chili
1 bulb of onion
1 tsp pepper
Steps:
- Saute the garlic, 1 sliced onion, ground pork, and longganisa ( sausage).
- Add 1 tbsp of pepper, salt, and soy sauce. Cook until done.
- In a mixing bowl, mix the rest of the sliced onion ( 3 bulbs), celery, green onion leaves, 1 tbsp of pepper, and eggs.
- Add the sauteed meat. Mix well.
- Add the all purpose flour and mix well.
- Put less than a tablespoon of meat in the center of a molo wrapper. Close it by pinching the sides.
- Deep fry the dumplings until golden brown.
